Default HELP!!! Spuddering over puddles...

My car spudders after driving over puddles. It only happens when I splash with the front passenger side wheel. When I use to have the short ram intake, I thought it was because of the cone filter sucking in water but now that I've switched back to the stock air box, the problem still exist abeit not as bad as before. You can feel the spuddering in the throttle response and in the shifter. One time (back when I had the open intake), it spuddered so bad, I was stuck in forth. The shifter feels as if it suddenly lost lubricant, wobbling the shifter left and right while in neutral felt "stiff". I have taken it back to the dealer to check out the distributer and all was fine according to them. My only other guess would be possibly the ECU wires are getting wet from the water splash. The problem goes away approximately 30 seconds after hitting the puddle (that is, if I stay dry on the passenger side).

Anybody have any ideas?
