I remember asking if anyone knew whether 48mm offset and 17 x8 " will work, well it does, tires stick out about 1/4" if that much from the top fender liner in the rear. Fronts fit beatifully with 17 x 7" and 215/45 17"
I'll try to get some pics up later. Just in case anyone needed to know.

I had the exact rims and they do not stick out at all infact the rear tucked just nicely at a 3 inch drop. I now have a 17x8.5 +38 rear and it tucks just nicely with 235/40/17 tires..
The ones I have now are the same size and spec that the J's Racing S2000s run on the track. They are Black Racing 17x7.5 +45 front and 17x8.5 +38 and +45 rear. No pics yet. I will try and get some up this week. People on s2ki are asking as well. The other ones that I sold were the Work Emotion CR 17s. I had 17x7 +42 front and 17x8 +47 rear. I went with the lower front to fit the Spoon calipers. Good thing about the Black Racing wheels is that they clear the Spoon calipers with ease and no spacer is needed. Thats what I really was looking for.

Here is a front shot for you guys.. I have since switched to Weds Racing Wheels... These are up for sale... $900 obo for all 4. Just wheels only...
They are
17x7.5 +45 front (yes it clears the Spoon calipers with no spacer)
17x8.5 +38 rear (yes these do fit without rubbing for any of you doubters)

Next photo is of my Works... Yes I did also swap headlamps. I got rid of my 01 JDMs for nice new 04s

i take it for that price the wed's wheels are not forged. either way i like the wed's wheels much more...garrett aka tegunderpressure, you should definitely buy these if they're light.

Thats the only downside is they are not forged. But them fitting with my Endless 6pot mini brake kit outweighs them not being forged. Especially with my high offset in the front. Thats what I wanted. As far as the Weds and Black Racing wheels, I havent heard of any other S2000 owner on s2ki owning them. Which is a good thing and bad thing..
