Default B20Z in '95 LS question

I was wondering how to avoid/bypass the Knock sensor with my ecu. Would it be sending wrong codes? Is it possible to remove the sensor altogether like the B20B?

This post is actually for a buddy. Thanks. And maybe myself

Run it with the LS ECU and you shouldn't have a problem
