Default Synthetic ATF?

Hey guys! I have a 93 Accord LX (Automatic) with 75000miles. I changed the transmission fluid and put mobil 1 ATF. Is this a bad idea? Is this going to give me any problems in the long run?

Thanks in advance!
Jeff

Default Re: Synthetic ATF? (jdefonseka)

the things about syn oil(motor, gear or tranny) is that if the oil can find the smallest holes in teh gasket, they will get a leak out of it.
why? because syn. oil penerate deeper than regular dino product.

well, enough to discourage you, moble1 is good stuff afer all.

but i would perfer honda atm over aftermarket stuff.
