Need yall's Help, 98% done w/ swap and Cant get wheels To turn!!
Fixed: Problem was the Dust seals
88 crx b16 swap, Mid-way through the swap I noticed the front wheels would not rotate. I presumed the front calipers were locked on, today I removed them to find out its not the problem. Both Driver and passenger side hubs are frozen. I had the car in the air for a week, and worked fine before . I dont believe its the tranny b/c I remeber turning the axel when installing them. Both wont budge at all, not even a mm. I thought the axel nuts may be too tight, loosened them and still nothing. Any IDeas? Im stuck and this is the only thing keeping me from driving the car.

The car is an Si and its in Neutral, someone mentioned the dust seals on the knuckles. I removed what I thought was the dust seal" little rubber rings on the out c/v's. Is the Dust seal a big metal ring??

well here could be a thoguht.
with the axle out will the hub turn? if yes then it will be the axle itself, since you said you can turn the tranny by hand.
