the guy i bought the ems from had it on his accord and ran the same basic setup i have. "not pump tho". do i need a regulator or should my ems do it. or any other opinions. Another ? is that the 1 and 4 plug are rich but fire. the 2 and 3 plugs are soaked. any ideas

check the fuel inj pulses with the car running. i hope you're not running his calibration as-is on your car
you don't need a regulator but it's your prerogative if you want to upgrade it or not.
