reading ohmmeter and these are my results
hey, ive been trying to find out why i lost spark and i think it is my ignitor (the thing with the spring in it) i always get the coil and the ignitor mixed up. but i was following my chilton, yes i know i should have bought a helms, but oh well
anways i was checking the ohm between the + and the - and i was getting a little under .8 which it said was correct. then i tested between the negative screw and the spring and i got 0. this would mean bad ignitor correct? thanks. if that is so, should i go ahead and just replace the coil also or should i just wait and see if the coil turns out to be bad. say if i didn't replace the coil could it damage the ignitor or visa versa. thanks for anyone who can help.
