You should determine what your budget will be and whether you're looking to stay NA or definately looking to boost. If you're looking for a serious NA build then you probably want to sleeve and bore to 85+mm. If you're sure you'll boost it then the displacement won't mean very much and would just unnecessarily weaken the cylinder walls. You should run this by the FI junkies if you haven't already.

yep, seriously what type of budget are you on... there are many possibilities with the right amount of money and there are adequate ones for a budget. It all depends on how much you have. and yep, boosting + addition displacement isn't all that necessary.

i need a whole swap (everything to make motor run, motor, and tranny) plus i wanna build up the block and add a turbo. No turbo kit though since i can put one together a hell of a lot cheaper. I have $6000 to work with. Is it possible??

6000 only?
no
edit:
because - boosting requires a lot of attention and long term maintenance...plus parts are expensive especially internals and engine management
