B16 Swap Ecu Harness
The easiest thing to do is to use your existing harness and add the necessary wires. Changing the harness to one from another model is asking for trouble.
Also, why do you want VTEC activating so low in the RPM range?

Well it will kill you on gas for one thing. Unless you are using a LS tranny, you are going to be going down the highway in VTEC most of the time with that chip. Gas mileage is gonna go down the tubes.
You're just going to want to stick with your stock harness and wire in the vtec. And believe me 3700 is ridiculously low. You want to match your VTEC with what your cams support. Which will most likely be 4500-5500 range. And he's right your gas mileage would blow and your VTEC would bog.
Just to let you know, my VTEC crossover is at 5500.
