Default to rebuild or not to rebuild... Thats the question...

I have a 92 Civic Si with a B18C5 powerplant... The other day when i was prepping my car for a paintjob, i noticed a oil leak on the head gasket... The motor is being pulled out so i can repaint the engine bay... I was planning to replace the head gasket with a Mugen one and new head bolts along with water pump and timing belt... The motor has about 55k miles on it... My question is if i should completely rebuild my motor or not??? I dont have much money to spend anymore due to the paint job i am getting... Can anyone tell me how much does parts cost to rebuild my motor??? My cousin would be the mechanic to be working on my car, so labor wouldnt be a problem... Here are the things i plan on doing to my motor...

Currently has...
Exedy clutch
HKS cam gears
AEM CAI

My wish list would consist of...
Mugen head gasket
Toda B's
Toda valvesprings with retainers
Toda remapped ECU
JDM Spoon piston and rings
Toda flywheel

What u guyz think of this setup??? My goal's would be hitting mid 13's... Anything else i would need to do??? Thank in advance...

a good engine rebuild would prolly cost you a g... then again if I rebuilt my engine, which I will when i put 160k on the odo, at 94 right now...

I have ran my car on 87 since I bought it to kinda rough out the internals hard... so when I get the bottom end redone by bensons, and the top end redone by portflow possibly with a toda upgrade... the engine will run pretty solid with no worries... Hopefully jeff has some new news pretty soon about his pistons because I want to get all of the lightweight **** I can shove in there, to take the load off the rotating mass... ill possibly lower the piston compression too...

but as far as an oil leak goes, a rebuild may fix it... and it may not... I know rebuilding my crx motor didnt fix the oil leak, but that is also because its an 84 haha and honda doesnt sell the rubber o ring for it anymore so now i have to use a steel o ring.

If you have the fund, then it is worth it while the motor is out. If not, then you can always do it at a later date.
If it was me, and it was earlier this year, I would do it while it was out.
