B18c-R pass cali ref with what obd? kenji p28 ecu, or p73

Hi, I am considering the b18c5 swap, but I need it to pass cali smog. What should I do about the obd situation. I have heard good things about kenji's p28 program, but is that cali ref legal? Thanks, Ryan

You will need everything from the engine year. this includes USDM P73, crankle angle sensor, etc. etc.

if it's a jdm motor just lie about the year... all you need in a obd 1 car is a 4 wire o2 sensor... and all the evap hooked up.. and of course a cat...
