Trying to pass smog, HELP
I am trying to pass Nevada emissions, I have 92 civic hatch with a JDM d15b sohc vtec motor, running a z6 non vtec intake manifold(for emissions), stock airbox, stock headers... I'm replacing the cat. I was just wondering.. the ecu i have is a chipped p28, and i think thats making me fail so far, my friend is letting me have a p07-L00, will that work for my car?
any info let me know, thanks in advance!
