What order to upgrade performance?
The car will be used for street racing/ and driving around town (rural)
And, I would like to know what is the best way to upgrade the performance of a 1994 Integra (non GS)
like...
Intake -> Exhaust -> Header -> etc ->etc

there are many options that you could consider depending on your budjet but little mods like air intake and exhaust wont give you much increase...jus pm me or im me online and we can talk in extent about this
Hey man. Talk with that dude above, but I'll toss in my 2 cents.
I'd do Intake first, then exhaust, then catalytic convertor, then headers.
Reasoning?
Might as well run quiet in the beginning. The intake will just add a little if anything to the car, but you won't be "Bee in a tin can". Then exhaust for the bling, then cat (because why get a header and exhaust without a high flow cat) then headers.
But really. It is so up to you. I pick that way because I was feeling the vibes from it. So my 2 cents is pretty worthless. It's like 2 pennies from.. um.. "Worthless Money Land"?

heres how I usually tell people to start upgrading.
1. Just do the basic tune up to your with w/ better wires, spark plugs etc.
2. Then off to the basic mods. Intake,header, exhaust.
the trick is efficeny. you want the motor to be able to inhale and exhale better and be able to burn the fuel easier.
you can also benefit by runnin a higher octane gas. just speculating but since your non-vtec you probably use 87 octane, try 91 less pinging etc..
