Default Slow power/broken windows on 2000 Civic

I have noticed that since I got my car, the windows have always been slow, or rather lacked in power. When I got my windows tinted they got even slower, but the kicker is when it is wet the passenger sindow won't even rol up. Sometimes it moves at a snails pace, but it is slow as all hell. Is there a fix for this or are the scissor mechanisims in the doors bent or something? Please help because I will have my door panels off this week. Thanks.

bad motor? or the rubber strips could be to tight? I know my passenger side window is slow and kinda gets tension when going up (as if it's not straight) I just roll it back down a touch then up again and it goes up with ease...

spray some silicon lube in the track on both sides of the window (take off the door panel and do this while the window is rolled up). Fixed.

as stated above, just go to your local automotive store and buy some silicone spray and spray in the tracks and it will fix the problem. Has worked numerous times on my friend's cars.
