hey guys, well i got a 94 EX and i have a idle problem i put in a new motor and it idles from 1 and goes up to 2 and it dosnet stop it gose up and down. Most people said it was a vaccum problem.before it would do it when the engine is cold and when it warmed up it was fine, now it just keeps on. I checked the IAC vavle it was fine, i checked the TPS it is fine, i checked all vaccum lines and they are fine. there is no engine check light on either. the car runs fine otherwise, its just annyoing and hard to pull off from idle. please help.

 

check your fast idle valve. that was the problem with my car. Hope this helps.

 

where is that located? behind the throttle body?

 

id like to know to. and how do u adjust the fast idle valve?

under the tb.

 

How's your coolant level?
