Hi everyone i'm new here and i've been reading some very good stuff here but i've got some questions that need to be answered.
i read some posts about knock sensors come on 96+ civics. i was wondering if theres a place to plug a knock sensor into a 95 civic dx ecu? i read that on some ecu's its pin d3. is this the same for the 95 civic dx ecu?
also, lets say theres a pin for the knock sensor, if i have everything hooked up right, will it work? for example, will the dx ecu retard timing when it senses knock? thanks in advance

 

nope the dx ecu will not have a knock sensor pin in it because the motor never came with a knock sensor. it'd be a waste of programing.
