Alright I think its time to change my tranny fluid and was wondering how many quarts do I pour? A buddy also said that you can use regular motor oil for the tranny fluid? Is this true? I drive a 98 EK dx.

 

you can but the additives in motor oil arent the same as the additives in tranny fluid. Id recommend buying like 2 quarts of HONDA tranny(manual little thicker) fluid or if you like aftermarket Redline is where its at.

Red line MTL. You fill it until it drains out just a bit.

My friend just tried that and I'm gonna try it next. That stuff is "Jesus Juice".

 

You can use 10W30 or 10W40 if you really want but I would recommend the Honda fluids.
