i ran vtec wire direct and it turns on and i checked the screen on solenoid and that works. with the car at idle i hit the vtec wire to power and it stalls the car and thats fine but when running i lean on it slowly and nothing happens it does not engage. i am running a chipped p72 and i also tryied out my friends p28 and the oil level is ok. ????????what else should i try

You need to be moveing 19Mph+ for Vtec to engage..............
Plus more then 1/2 throttle

well make sure that you have everything wired up correctly, and maybe try a stock p13, who ever chipped you ecu could have done it wrong, or the program isn't right
