first you can down grade to obd I, cuz you can tune better with that ecu, then you should use hondata, they have chip for all motor and boost upgrade. very good for tuning
so i have to buy an OBDI ECU, is that worth all the trouble, and how much horse or tourqe could i gain
once again sorry i don't know much about ECU,yet

with a hondata you'll have to get it tuned by someone who knows how to tune it. with your setup you wont gain more than about 10hp from getting it tuned. i'd save the money for a turbo kit if all you want is power, and get the hondata after that.
Don't bother with only IHE. If you're absolutely dying to do it, you might as well just get a VAFC and get tuned on the dyno. Shouldn't take that long to tune with basic bolt-ons. The tuner that tuned both of my setups said it's only about an hour for Hondas with IHE and a VAFC. He's good at what he does, too, so I'm assuming he knows what he's talking about.

I agree. I've seen some people get some nice gains with VAFC. Add some cams first though!

yea i would at least add cams or something first. Obd1 is nice though. I converted to obd1 on my coupe and I love it! I'm running a chipped p28 from hyperducktuning.
