Oh the pulley, there's a set of three notches that are close together with the middle marked red. and then about 3" "north" is the white mark. The white mark is the TDC mark right?

So when I am at the white mark, my cam gears should be lined up with the to side notches "meeting" each other and the up arrow up.... right?
