Worse case scenerio: You end up spinning some bearings, possibly wear out the cylinder walls, and have to start all over again.
As long as you stay within the same weight for piston/rods, you shouldn't really need to re-balance. BUT, for extra insurance it's always good to get it balanced when throwing in aftermarket parts. You just never know.

but yeah, have it balanced. it'll rev faster, last longer, and end up making more power
