Just wondering if anyone has gotten their Type R tuned at Payn Tech. in Troy, MI. I Just ordered Hondata and have a date to get it tuned?

Just curious if anyone has been here. Thank you,

I've known the guys over at payn tech for years - good guys and Tom knows the hondata like the back of his hand.

I've had both Tom and Devin tuning my Hondata. I can't say enough good things about both. Not only know what they are doing when it comes to Hondata tuning, but great guys as well.

Actually Matt no longer works at Payn, he has moved on to a different position within the industry.

yea alot of peeps have been saying how payn blows up everyones cars. just got me scaed for the tune thanx for the info

Any shop that has been tuning for a period of time will have "accidents"

personally I know of only one car that has blown up on the dyno at payn - and that was being tuned by the owner. there, of course, may be others that I havent heard about, but Payn is hte only shop in the area i would trust my (AWD) car with.
