Default can machine shops balance a crank pulley?

I've had a crank pulley on my gsr for a while now, but im just thinking. It is chipped slightly on the outer diameter, which probably would affec the PS belts, but since im not running PS, im okae. Well anyways, it probably does throw off the blanace slightly. If I were to take it to a machine shop, would they be able to balance it perfectly? maybe by taking off slight material from the other end? Is it a service that machine shops do? thanks

Everything will have some effect on the balance. Some machine shops will have the capabilities to balance it, and some won't. If you are running without A/C as well, just invest in a CTR N1 pulley.

UR pulley. power is made through lightening and some under drive, rather than just slapping a huge aluminum underdrive pulley on

I was under the impression honda motors are internally balanced, and doens't not need a counterbalanced crank pulley. so as long as the crank pulley is perfectly balanced you're fine.
