well i went to go check up on my JDM front end conversion at the body shop, and i found outt hey ran into a problem. They said that the cable for the hood latch was too short and wouldnt reach the latch. Any solutions to this???? and heres a pic of the car.

 

90-93 integra cable will work

 

are those the only cables that would work? are their any other car models that might work? or better yet, does any one know the part# so i can just pick one up at the acura dealer.

 

90-93 integra cable will do the trick.

You can have them flip the stock latch around as well.

 

I used the search function to find which one i needed...

90-93 integ hood latch wire is what I used with flipping the stock latch works perfect. I also heard the 90-93 accord works too... if you can get the latch assembly from the 90-93 integ or accord it should work as well.

 

yea i was able to get a 90-93 integra cable, do i need hte latch assembly?? ahh my front end is starting to become a headache HAHAHA

 

you don't have to use the 90-93 latch assembly. you can use the one you have just flip it around. Its what I did on mine...
