NO Clutch Feel
Did this just happen, or is it a result of the swap itself?
Sounds like your clutch master cylinder and.or slave cylinder took a **** out on you.
Do this:
1. Pop your hood.
2. Check the fluid in your clutch master cylinder resevoir
Don't know where that is? Give me 5 minutes top post pics of it...

Here's the clutch master cylinder resevoir:

It should have normal DOT 3 brake fluid in it (mine is dark because it's ATE Super Blue) :

If it doesn't have fluid, then you need to check for leaks at the master cylinder itself. The clutch master cylinder is under your dash where the cluch pedal is. Feel on the arm of the clutch pedal assy. for any grimey nasty-*** fluid. If it's dry then check the slave cylinder.
The slave cylinder is a black piece mounted on the front of your tranny that has a hard and soft line going to it. You can usually see any leaks coming from it. Also check by pulling the rubber dust boot from it and see if it has any fluid build-up in it.
If there is little or no fluid you can do a quick fix by filling up the clutch fluid resevior with normal brake fluid and then pump the clutch pedal until it feels normal again. Ideally you'd want to bleed the system by using the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder. One person pumps the clutch pedal with his hand (since it won't spring back while low on fluid) and then hold the clutch to the floor while another breaks the bleeder valve loose. Tighten the bleeder valve again and have the person pump the pedal up, then hold it to the floor, repeat process until the pedal is bac to normal.
If you have fluid, but still have no clutch pdeal then there are only a few more things it can be:
1. Broken clutch fork
Unlikely unless you run a stiff-*** acing clutch. I've broken two of these little *****. This is the arm that the slav cylinder pushes, which then pivots on a ball and actually makes the clutch engage/disengage.
2. You might have broken the clutch pressure plate assy.
I've done this before too, and basically the lcutch wen to the floor and did not work any more. You'd have to pull the tranny and replace the clutch assy.

I just swap the gsr into the hatch. the clutch master cylinder worked fine before the swap. I thought maybe I didn't connect something somewhere else.

Well some one probably unhooked the line on the slave cylinder even though it doesn't have to be removed to do the swap.
Bleed the clutch system and it should be fine, unless you got a swap with a blown clutch in it already...

The swap didn't come with the slave assembly. I took the part of the stock dx motor and it fit. Thanks for you help though. I'm trying not to give up and take it to a shop.
