Default How do you remove the lense?

Anyone know how to properly take apart JDM SiR headlights? oven? heatgun?

Probably oven. What makes siR headlights different from others? You gonna try and put HIDS in there?

yah, I'm going to try installing HID's. Still doing alot of research, emailing people etc. I wanna do this the best way possible. I'll do a write up on this for sure.

i used a heat gun, pop the lil metal clips off and there it is.

now why would u need to remove the lense to install HiD's

I got them on my one piece JDM headlights and nothing need to install just the kit


what exactly u trying to do

He's retro fitting HID with projectors in. You need the hole headlight apart because it will just make things 100 times simpler and turn out 100 times better in the end.

Good Luck with the project. I plan to do the same if I ever get my car on the road.

thanks Bryant. Cuz I don't think the owner of the Evasive CRX is gonna 'spill the beans' on how he did the HID conversion.
