For autocross?
Good tires (no cords)
Wheel bearings, no play
Lug nuts, all present
Throttle return working
Battery tied down
Trunk, passenger area empty
M90 or SA90 helmet (loaners usually available)

You'll want to have your lugs nice and tight too, ~80lbs-ft. I believe there is a minimum tire pressure requirement of something like 30psi, but you'll want to be well above that anyways for optimal tire performance and life.
There is no minimum tire pressure but common sense says that on street tires you probably want 40+
DO NOT OVERTORQUE YOUR LUGS - Use the factory recommended setting (often 80ft-lbs) The odds are good if you are not changing tires you don't need to worry about this.
