It's possible. It's also possible that there is another cause, such as improper tire pressure (too high or too low), or this could be because the tires are worn and there isn't much tread depth, or it could be an alignment problem. It's also possible that one or more tires are defective.

Check the tread area of the tire and see if the tire is worn unevenly on either the center or the shoulder. If so, your tires are probably improperly inflated.

Sounds like your alignment to me. Either that, or you don't have enough tire pressure.
