Default What made you choose you're dc5/ep3?

I was just curious what made people choose their cars? I started researching about the dc5s as soon as i heard about it. after researching enough to make anyone sick I saved up for a descent down payment and bought one. Ever since that day I never looked back. I love my pearl white type s

It was Honda's newest hatch, and that K motor seems to have something going for it.

i traded in my crvtec ek just cause I was sick of dealing with a custom setup that needed constant tuning and was a pain in the ***, so a brand new ep3 with the k-series engine which has plent of potential made a lot of sense. i love the interior and the rally style shifting. the k-series just purrs and is so much smoother than the b-series engines were, i am kind of dreading putting in my exhaust and intake and killing the quiet, but need to free up some ponies

I didn't care about what anyone thought about the car. I needed a car that was reliable and fun to drive. I always wanted a hatchback and the unique shifter just grew on to me.

what he said. If you are at a stand still with a GSR, 00 Si or 03 Si. you can smoke them all. The rsx s has awesome brakes also.

Honestly I was waiting for my Jetta which was in the service dept. nextdoor to the Honda dealership. I took the EP3 for a test drive and decided it was perfect for me. It might not be a beauty queen or a rocket ship, but it's a lot of fun.

I had researched the DC5 before it came out and really liked it.I also looked at the EP3's but didn't really like them (they have really grown on me since).Test drove a Type-S as soon as they came out and a few months later got one. That was 2 years ago.I kinda wish I had waited to see the 350Z, Evo or RX8 before I got my DC5.

another reason why i bought my DC5 is because my boy has a 2000 Type R...and since i think realistically that 95% of Type R's get stolen...i figured why not get the next best thing...i got leather, sun roof, heated mirrors, 6spd, 0 Miles and that o so nice new car smell, and he got another headache.
