If you are trying to order JDM Honda parts through a Honda dealership in the US, then you might as well forget it because it cannot be done.

here ya go.. its one of the few i have.. (not the one on my car of course) but good luck.. ur gunna pay a butt load on export shipping.
Something else to think about - that is the VIN for a JDM CRX SiR (EF8), which would probably have a Y1 tranny.
If you do not have a Y1 tranny (i.e. the engine and tranny came from an Integra instead of a Civic/CRX), then who knows whether or not the parts you order will work . . . that is, if you have a source in Japan to order them from.

targa is right.. buying tranny parts for JDM tranny's is a bitch..
you'll never get it out of the states thats for sure. eveyronce in a while, someone buys a bunch of Y1, YS1, and whatever B series Cable Tranny syncro's and sells them, i saw a blow out about a year ago.. but for the most part, you mainly have to get a new tranny. (new used tranny's are cheaper than rebuilds) you can always use a 90-93 integra tranny..
