Default PT2-004 Valve stem seals - What engine did they come from?

The parts numbers are:

12211-PT2-004
12210-PT2-004

I got them from somebody thinking that they were an alternate part number for the '99-'00 Civic Si B16A2 engines, but they definitely won't work with B-series valves...unless you like to burn lots of oil.

The seals are too loose on the stems...loose enough that the valves will drop right through them.

P2T is also a code for 99-00 Si parts, like the ECU, and timing belts, etc... I just put a P2T timing belt in my B16A2 yesterday.

Thanks guys.

It's definitely PT2, not P2T. That's probably where I went wrong.

I saw that on a google search, but the stem seal part number they had was 12210/12211-PT2-003, not -004.

I'm not sure what to make of that yet, other than that it's a variation b/w different cars using similar parts or maybe an later iteration of the same part that was used on a later model of car/engine.

PT2 is also the casting code for the DOHC F22B motors, have you cross checked those part numbers?

Nope. I'll take them to the Honda parts dept. on Monday to see if they can tell me.
