Default Need Crank Pulley Bolt

I just removed my stock crank pulley from a JDM D15B (D15Z1 block) to replace with an aftermarket underdrive crank pulley from OBX. When I went to install the pulley last night - the original pulley bolt is too large for the aftermarket performance pulley... the bolt wont fit through the center of it to bolt back on...

Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can get a pulley bolt that will fit?

The old bolt is stripped from trying to get it on so I need another one regardless...

thanks!

If you get a smaller bolt, how do you expect it to thread into the crank?

i think something is wrong with your aftermarket pulley man. get a mic and check the diameter on the new one and old one.

I wasnt actually looking for a smaller bolt - the problem is actually with the washer that is locked or threaded onto the bolt. The washer is too big for the center of the pulley and it wont seat into the pulley to thread back on...

My suggestion would honestly be to sell the pulley and purchase one from a more reputable manufacturer. The two UR pulleys that I've had both installed without a single problem. Unorthodox currently has excellent deals on numerous 1.5L pulleys in their "Specials" section.
