Default dc5R header and cat install and question

So I found myself removing the AC from this 2001 civic dx I had installed a k20a3 motor in a while back. I left the AC in because I didnt know untill now after research what length belt to get. Well after buying 3 belts I got the right one and it worked out perfectly. no more dead weight!

We then installed some Energy Suspension motor mount inserts which went in no problem. I was happy.

Then I thought, well lest just install this DC5 type R stock header and cat we have laying around. The header went in no problem. The cat had some issues:
#1. the position of the 3 bolt flange is further back than the k20a3. cutting and welding the B pipe was fun I'll tell ya what.
#2. you need the secondary O2 sensor from the dc5R (maybe rsx will work i dunno) because the sensor is further back needing extra length in the wires.
#3. the 3 bolt flange is different! the 3 bolts are spaced further out and the hole is larger.

End result: lots of cutting and welding, but in the end, more power! ar ar ar

my questions:
1. does anyone know if the dc5R and type S have the same size exhaust and 3 bolt flage that is larger than base model rsx and EP3?
2. has anyone done what I just did in an RSX or Si?

The actual header length is the same as an RSX-S. The 3 bolt flange is also the same size as an RSX-S, or at least from my experience from swapping my k20a2 that I had in my 2001 civic for a k20a. I'm using a DC Sports TCS exhaust for a 2001+ Civic Coupe, with 2 1/4 inches cut off, and the flange on that is the same, and bolted up to the Jackson Racing race header, Comptech race header, as well as the TODA header I'm using now. People have done the modification you have over on CRSX.

Sorry, I don't know about the actual exhaust size of the DC5-R.
