head swap

Right now i am need of a car to drive.. i dont have the time to take apart the head from my 4 door dx to get it milled.... So the question is could i just swap the head off of my cx motor that i just have sitting in the garage and put it on the dx motor? i know they are both d15b7's . but i was still curious...

CX is 8 valve d15b8 but yes it will work

my cx came with a d15b7 form the previous owner... so its all plug in then

How do i go about gettin the motor out of my car to tdc on #1 so that when i swap my head to the other car i dont bend any valves when i put the head on
