Default high idle problem changed throttle body searched already

hey i had a cracked tbody on my ls manifold with my b20 civic. so today i put the gsr throttle body on it and the idle is constant at 3k rpm's and when i move the idle screw it only goes to 2700 at lowest. i have no clue what the problem is...i messed with a lot of stuff and i cant figure it out. the throttle plate is not open at all. have any clue what it could be? any help is appreciated.

Does your GS-R Tbody have a FITV? Did you hook up the coolant lines to it?? If you did not hook up the coolant lines, nor screwed in the ring inside the FITV (disables FITV), then this will cause a vacuum leak.

But having a constant high idle makes it seem like your TPS is out of whack. Did you mess with the Tbody plate stop screw?

How to disable your FITV

Page 2 contains a photo of where it is on your throttle body.

Bust out a multimeter and measure the TPS output: @ idle =.45v

Take off the intake piping and cover the bottom hole in the tbody that leads to the FITV...what happens to the idle?

Yeah more then likely it is that. My B18 was doing that a month ago. It was reving at around 3,000 and kept on climbing. I screwed fitv back down as tight as i could get it and it is driving fine. And my computer threw the same code I think.
