Default Help with A/C please

My car's A/C started shuddering increasingly since this time last year. The a/c isn't as cold as it should be and it constantly cycles on and off every 10-20 seconds. It also vibrates or shudders more than normal. I just bought a recharge kit thinking I was low and needed to fill her up since she's a 96 accord ex. The guage read that I was in the blue which meant my a/c had enough R134a and didn't need recharging. So now I'm stumped. Anybody have any ideas???

Do both of your cooling fans work?

just pull the entire assembly and run w/o AC......driving down the highway at 80 w/ all ur windows open ownz, + ull get about 1/4hp extra at the crank!!!...if its charged, ducts are all connected, and its not cold, then id vouch for compressor as well

i had the same problem last summer when i had my 94 accord. it turned out to be a bad expansion valve . it would only make cold air for about 10 minutes, then cut off and about 10 minutes later start making cold air again. plus my car would sputter really bad. they replaced that and the reciever dryer. it was $300 total parts and labor to fix.
