Default sttttutter

heres the deal. my car is stuttering like a lil biatch. its my stock motor daily beater until i finish with my project but id still like it to run nice. welllll...i just did a tune up so we can cancel out dizzy, plugs, wires, cap, fuel filter.

the problem: it started out being that it would hesitate under 3500 rpms...wont it would reach that it would let loose. but it would be stutterin and holdin back ALOT...now it does it when ever i give it gas. if i feather the pedal and stay at one speed it wont but as soon as i give it gas it starts up again. and it only does it when theres a load on the car cuz i drop in neutral and rev it and its fiiiiiiiiine. but as soon as i put in gear is runs like ****. ive seen other people ask about this so i assume its a common problem but ive never seen an answer. i put a bottle of fuel system cleaner to see if that would help but so far nothing. my other guess would be that its the fuel pump.

if anybody has any good ideas let me know
thanks in advnace

that would be electrical right. arent electrical problems: they either work or dont work. they're not progressive or nothing right...this has been.. it started out a lil now its alot..

if it is the primary oxygen sensor what would i do and how can i confirm that that is what it is

the bearing went bad in my dizzy so i had to replace the whole thing. this was about 2-3 weeks ago. since ive replaced it ive had a CEL. code 9 which i believe is the cyp sensor or cylinder #1 placement or something like that. the problem i described above has been doing this before though. so i dont think this would have anything to do with it but just in case ill put it out there...any info on what i can do about this?

the oxygen sensor does start out being subtle at first, then it will occur frequently. i know b/c my primary is bad. it used to do exactly what your car is doing, but only in the morning time when it was cold outside. I'd shift into 3rd and it would be okay. now it does when the engine is cold, regardless of the temperature outside. usually i just shift at 3k when it starts and it's fine, but it is occurring more often.

my car would stutter once and a while, now I can almost guarantee if my car has been sitting for a while, I'm shifting at 3k.
