Default b18b swap idling too low...i need a list of what to check!!!

ok this is for a friend...he just did a b18b swap, running obd0, with b16 manifold and dizzy and runing a b18a1 ecu, his car is idling low so low that it just dies constantly...the timing appears to be fine, and the only codes are speed sensor.

so can you guys start listing things to check so we can troubleshoot this thing?
thanks.

Check your FAITV and your IACV as well as your tb idle scew which is where the throttle cable attaches. Go from there.
