The battery dies a lot and it runs alright but it wont turn on i have to pop the clutch or jump it and whe ndriving the radio cuts in and out and the lights fade etc. the battery is new, and the alternator came new with the new engien i jsut swapped in so i don't think its that could it be something with the connection to the battery from the alternator or a ground or something any suggestion are welcome please!

sounds like the alternator to me... even if you say it is new... it could also be a ground... did you look to see if you had any loose connections?

Make sure you have enough tension on the alternator belt.
