Question about header
Can i just remove that metal "sheild" that covers my headers? The accord got rear ended, and it sounds like its leaking up there and i wanted to check it out... Is it just the 3 bolts holding it on?

some oem stocker only have one piece of those Heat shield on the exhaust manifold.
my f23a4 got a three piece design. two on top and one on the bottem. i need to take out the whole manifold before i can take out the bottem piece.

Well I just took that off to check out the header. Is it okay if i leave it off? Or should i wrap them in heat wrap or whatever its called? Or just put the damn thing back on? It was a pain in the *** getting it off.
