b18 or b16 first?
ok i been told that a LS/vtech is worth the money and i've heard that it also a waste any thoughts on that there is a lot to be done to do the transformation and not sure if going gsr would jus be easier if so wut do you think

Do a lot of reading first, use the search feature. You'll be able to find most anything you need to know. LS/VTEC's are great, when built correct. They can pose problems if corners are cut, you are using a shortblock that wasn't made to rev to 8K+ like the VTEC head is used to.
seems like you are trying to get cheap power. ls/vtec isn't cheap if you want it done right and will wind up costing you more than a b18c. maybe piece together a turbo for some cheaper power.
