My suggestions:

1. Spell "LS/VTEC" correctly...no "H"
2. Turn off the CAPS LOCK button
3. Use punctuation
4. Search the forums...this has been covered several times recently

Determining what head is better is a hard thing to do because it depends on what your planning on doing with the motor and your goals. It also depends on what parts you are gong to be using as some things are different between the heads I.E the intake manifold. Another thing to consider is that the b16 and the itr heads are pretty similar (casting wise) - the itr head has been mildly posished, has slightly more aggressive cams, and has better valvetrain when compared to the b16. Also remember that a gsr head will increase your compression due to the smaller compression chamber volume.

Be sure to check out this thread How to build a "reliable" lsvtec/b20vtec as it is a guide for building ls/b20 vtec motors.
