my friend just bought a b16 complete head for 300.
he didnt know it was a 1st gen, but any ways whats the difference between the heads b16a and b? how reliable are ls vtec motors? what kindaf numbers are estimated?<--dont really care just a whatever question to keep everyone entertained. what other facts should he know when building a ls vtec.. ? he already has the head tappped.... and ummm yea..

I should have saved all of my links that i used to get info for my LS/V build.. i have one bad *** ls/v build and i think i might have started one thread to get info.. everything else i found by searching and PMing people...
Do your research this board is flooded with LS/Vtec info..

u dont need this. i pieced mine together for less than $150. with golden eagle all u r paying for is convenience. and ur head is already tapped. read the link posted above. it will tell u everything u need to know. ls/vtecc is reliable as long as its built correctly. and as far as power numbers, they can be as low as 160 but as high as 220+ it just all depneds on the build. but, click on the search button and type in ls/vtec and 20 bajillion threads should pop up
