Default Autometer Oil Pressure Guage jet?

is there a jet of some type that holds the hose in when tightening the nut of the hose? Orginally there was one but while i was taking it out of the dash i ripped the small ball looking jet off of the hose. sucks...so do i buy a new hose? i tryed wedging the hose into the guage the best i can but it continues to slightly leak oil....any recommendations to fix? or just buy a new hose? Thanks

It is a pherrel or ferrel. It is a hollow bowl shaped fitting that compresses onto the line. They have them at advance auto or any parts store. I really forget what they are called, but they do have it at part stores.
