Default got some new times tonite!!

mods:
aem cai
home-made jdm dc wannabe with 2.5" collector
2.5" test pipe
2.5" T1R b-pipe w/ spoon axle back
VAFC
chipped p28 from IH8RICERZ

i havent been able to get to the dyno yet to tune it so i dont have any hp numbers. but i know that is is running very rich because the back of my car is no longer CW

60'--- 2.35
1/8--- 9.261
mph-- 80.17
1/4--- 14.240
mph-- 96.5

i know i need to work on the 60's but i just cant get the damn thing to launch right. im pretty sure that 13's are capable. i only got to run 2 times tonite and my other run was a 14.5@ 97mph. my previous track attempt with only intake left me with only a 14.7 @ 94 so i am satisfied that with the mods i added. i picked up a good amount of time and 3mph

enjoy

Nice times, it's all due to the exhaust

yea i need to get this bitch on the dyno and see what its got! it feels good in the midrange for sure. i was mainly surprised by the 9.2 @ 80 in the 1/8th (or is that normal?) cus my last time at the track i only managed a 9.5 @ 75 with a 14.7

edit: and chris...... it was TOTALLY the exhaust

yeah, that 60' can definitely go down and then your E.T. should go down by a good amount. Nice time though...

What tires are you using? Get that 60' down and you may be able to break into the 13's.

ok im confused, i keep reading these drag strip times, and the mods that these people have and you guys are saying that they are good times for the mods they have, but heres why im confused, earlier this year at capitol raceway i ran a 14.2 @98.9 mph with a 2.2 60ft then a 14.3 @99.2 mph with the same 60ft and the only mod i had was a aem cold air intake, i think i might have had the back seats out but that doesnt make any difference, so is my motor above average or am i a good driver or what, and my mph seems really high for a stock R also
