damn i bet its my speedometer fuse becuase that isnt workin either GREAT!!!!! there is also a sqeaky noise when i spike the throtle ...... what the **** is wrong anyone know
replace that burnt fuse you found in the fuse box!!! that blown fuse will cause your speedometer to jump around by itself and cause the check engine light... I am telling you, I already went through this with my civic hb. My civic was throwing like 4 different codes... like VSS (vehicle speed sensor), o2 sensor, cylinder #4 missfire, ELD (electrical load detector).....I got all these codes over one burnt fuse.

Did you replace the #15 fuse in your under dash fuse box? It's a 7.5a. Does the light still come on? Does the fuse blow again?

if your vtec doesn't work then you have other problems as well.....what all did you do to your car? You said you replaced your alternator and battery but those would have no effect on your vtec. There has to be something you are not telling us.
