1992 is the first year. 90-91 DA's used the pr4 ecu but it was obd-0. 92-93 DA's used a pr4 ecu as well but it was obd-1. The plugs are different between the two pr4 ecu's.

No, it was from 92-95. 96 was the first year of OBD-2.

Noooo, 90-91 obd-0, 92-95 obd-I, 96-99 obd-II.1, 00-01 obd-II.2........anyway, the answer to your question is 1992 with the pr4 obd-I ecu
