Brake pads and brake pads??
I have to get new brake pads, but whats the difference with Cermic and organic? all I can tell is the price is like double, I live in San francisco, so I burn though brakes about once a year, so what is best for a daily driven teg??
If you burn through pads due to a lot of driving...why not just use the good ol' Auto Zone pads that have lifetime replacement ? Then buy yourself a good set of pads for track days. If you race at all that is, or auto x, whatever.
I'd suggest what ScreaminTeg said.
I just installed some Axiss Ultimates (ceramic) on my GSR. Stopping power has greatly increased over the stock OEM pads. I've read that ceramic pads dissipate heat alot better than the material used on OEM pads...hence, less brake fade upon heavy, continuous braking.

I'm running Axxis Ultimates as well, they were a nice upgrade over stock. They are no doubt dustier than the oem pads, but I'd rather clean my wheels more often than have shitty brakes. After riding in my car, 3 of my friends also purchased the Ultimates for thier cars. My 4th friend was going to, but didnt have time to wait on shipping, so he just bought some Aem pads locally. He is happy with his as well.

Oranic is a cheaper way to go, they do not last as long as semi-metalic, or ceramic. Organic's tend to build up on your rims and do not stop as good as semi-metalic, or ceramic. If you drive alot i would get ceramic, or semi-metalic.
