Default which springs are better

i have just swapped a b18b into my 96 civic hatch and my ride feels alil heavy compared to what it was before the swap. I have koni yellows and H&R sport springs on it now. I was just wondering which spring would be better to up grade to. Either integra teins spring or upgrade to integra H&R springs. This is of course if i would be able to use integra springs on my civic. I believe 94 - 01 integra springs will fit 96 - 00 civics right? I want actual comparisens or opinions from people that have either one or used both H&R springs and Teins

just get some h&r sport springs rated for the 99-00 Civic SI. that should work pretty good.

Get custom rate H & R's. talk to the guys there and people that have custom rates.
Don't settle for teg rate, they might not be what you wants.

don't even look at Tein Springs

quote H&R Sport - 330F/280R (P/P)

ok i have H&R sports on there now and they feel like they are way too soft. so if the H&R sports have the above spring rates what rates should i be asking for then???? i am alil bit confused cause i figured i would be looking for spring rates around those.

H&R

I've never used Progress Springs, but they make some springs for cars with bigger motor swaps. Not sure about your swap though. They're well known for the CRX/Civic (4th Gen) w/ B Series swap springs.

Those spring rates seem ok for street app.
450/(350 or 400) is what I'm going with on Koni yellows but I'm doing a mix of 75% street, 20% road track, 5% auto cross.

Maybe 400/(300 or 280). What are the teg rates?

Between the two listed, I`d say H&R. Yes, you just heard me say that

Consider the Eibachs if we are in your price point.

I recently ditched some shitty Sprints in favor of the H&R sports. I'm pretty happy with them at the moment...but will definitely be upgrading soon.
