clutch in, let go of the throttle, and rpms RISE?!?!? WTF?
When I'm just driving around and go to shift gears, the rpms rise for a second or so before dropping. This is with my foot completely off the throttle and clutch down. It happens a lot of the times althought not 100% of the time. Whats going on?

Try cleaning your throttlebody and your IAC valve with a can of throttlebody cleaner. Maybe something is sticking or maybe some dirt are stuck on the sensors.
I had the same problem.. it was very annoying... damned if I could remember what it was now, though
I think it was just running rich + the excess fuel on the plugs was burning off between each shift, keeping the RPMs up... but I really can't remember
I changed SOMEthing and it went away... augh. If I can remember I'll post it. Sorry
